As part of enhancing academic cooperation and exchange of expertise between academic institutions, a delegation from the College of Administration and Economics at Warith al-Anbiya University, headed by Professor Awad al-Khalidi, visited the College of Tourism Sciences at the University of Karbala to discuss prospects for academic and research cooperation between the two sides.
The delegation was received by Assistant Professor Dr. Salam al-Asadi, Dean of the College of Tourism Sciences, and a number of faculty members. Warith Al-Anbiyaa University (peace be upon him) has announced the establishment of five new academic departments, considered the first of their kind in Iraq, after obtaining official approval from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

In line with the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and as part of the scientific cooperation agreement between the University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa and the University of Basrah, the Department of Oil and Gas Economics at the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa, under the direct supervision of the college’s dean, organized a joint examination with the College of Industrial Management for Oil and Gas at the University of Basrah. The Quality Assurance and Academic Performance Department at Al-Warith University (Peace be upon him) organized a workshop titled "Evaluating Faculty Member Competence According to the Bologna Process Standards." This was in response to the requirements of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to enhance academic quality.
Experts presented the mechanisms for evaluating faculty members using the Bologna Process evaluation form, explaining the evaluation duration and the adopted criteria to achieve the highest levels of quality in academic performance. They also highlighted the importance of applying these standards to develop the educational process and enhance the competence of faculty members in line with international standards.

The College of Administration and Economics, in collaboration with the Goodwill Team, is organizing a charity bazaar at Warith Al-Anbiya University within the university campus. The event will commence on Saturday, February 22, 2025, and will run for three days.
All proceeds from the bazaar will be dedicated to supporting humanitarian cases.
