As part of enhancing academic cooperation and exchange of expertise between academic institutions, a delegation from the College of Administration and Economics at Warith al-Anbiya University, headed by Professor Awad al-Khalidi, visited the College of Tourism Sciences at the University of Karbala to discuss prospects for academic and research cooperation between the two sides.
The delegation was received by Assistant Professor Dr. Salam al-Asadi, Dean of the College of Tourism Sciences, and a number of faculty members. During the meeting, they discussed ways of joint coordination in the areas of curriculum development, organizing scientific activities, and exchanging expertise among faculty members.
Professor Awad al-Khalidi emphasized the importance of building effective partnerships between specialized colleges, which would contribute to improving academic performance and expanding the scope of cooperation between Iraqi universities. He noted the College of Administration and Economics' readiness to support scientific initiatives that enhance integration between disciplines.
For his part, Assistant Professor Dr. Salam al-Asadi welcomed the visit, appreciating Warith al-Anbiya University's commitment to building bridges of cooperation. He emphasized that openness to reputable academic institutions constitutes a fundamental pillar in developing university education and achieving the college's strategic objectives.
